Refund & Return Policy
Minrea provides premium digital products and resources intended to deliver immediate value upon purchase. Due to the downloadable and instantly accessible nature of digital files, all sales are final.
By purchasing from Minrea, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. Digital Products
All digital purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable, including but not limited to:
eBooks & digital guides
Supplier lists and databases
Access files, resource packs & templates
Courses & private content
Digital downloads of any kind
Access to private communities or training content
Once access is granted or files are delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
This policy complies with international consumer regulations, including the EU Digital Content Directive, which waives refund rights once digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
2. Exceptions — Technical Delivery Errors Only
A refund request will only be reviewed in the following rare cases:
You did not receive access or files due to a system error
The file is corrupted and cannot be accessed (and support is unable to resolve it)
If you experience a technical issue, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@minrea.com.
We will verify and assist promptly.
Note: The following are not valid reasons for a refund:
Change of mind
Accidental purchase
“I didn't know it was digital”
Not using or benefiting from the product
Expectations not met
Attempting to access after link expired
Unauthorized sharing or access attempts
